1. Return Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused or only minimally used, and returned with its original packaging and accessories when applicable.

2. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Kyzova will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

Customers should contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Restocking Fees

Kyzova does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

6. Final Sale Items

We currently do not have any final-sale items. Eligible purchases may be returned within the 30-day return window subject to the conditions described above.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kyzova.shop with your order number and, when appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions.
